Matt is great at finding the talents in others. Working as a sales manager for Spectrum reach he is experienced in both traditional and digital media. Matt started out in retail before working at his own startup company and then moving on to corporate leadership.
Kristin Ellis
Kristin brings an analytical background with her work at digital agencies, startups and top brand names such as Travelocity, Pepsi-Co and Campbell's Soup. Most recently Kristin helped brands like Wingstop, Panda Express and Dutch Bros find their digital identity though websites, apps and digital marketing.
